In our previous article, we shared 4 favorites: Sainte-Croix beach, Verdon beach, rocky inlets and Erevine Island and finally the Cap Couronne hike. For this second part, we favour the proximity and discovery of the commune bordering our campsite: less than a kilometer in a bird's eye view, Sausset-les-Pins, between land and sea.

Sausset-les-Pins is a town known for its dynamism and friendliness throughout the year. Big appointments punctuate the seasons:
• The Feasts of the Sea in January with 3 Sundays of tastings on the port: sea urchins, sea shells and seafood from the Côte Bleue. A festive atmosphere with a craft market, games for children and a brass band (a pena) that runs through and animates the quays.

Each boat then comes before the jury, which will render its verdict according to very precise criteria. At the end of the evening, the fireworks, fired from the port, bring the feast to a close.
• The year ends with the traditional Christmas Market on the Port Mole with specialties to enjoy, gift ideas and regional products. At both ends of the village, children's play areas: a Ferris wheel at the tip of the Mole and an inflatable structure near the merry-go-round.
