Criteria giving right to a refund in the event of cancellation:

  • Serious illness, accident or death
  • Significant damage caused to the campsite
  • Serious damage affecting the reservee's vehicle
  • Modification of leave dates, imposed on the reservee by the employer
  • Dismissal of the reservee (or his spouse)
  • Transfer of the booker (or his spouse), at the initiative of the employer
  • Duly justified blockades or strikes
  • Natural disasters according to the law of 07/13/1982 leading to a stay ban
